Sky Hynix Debuts 96-Layer '4D NAND' SSD With 64KB Bandwidth

Sky Hynix has announced a 96-layer 512 Gb SSD chip using "4D NAND" technology. The chip promises 30% better read speeds, 25% better read performance and twice the bandwidth of the previous 72-layers SSD technology.
