U.S. Congress Thinks DNS Over HTTPS Is Anticompetitive

U.S. Congress is investigating Google over potential anti-competitive misconduct involving the company's implementation of DNS over HTTPS. The concern seems to arise primarily from ISPs being cut-off from the collection of users' DNS requests.
